Delivery

  • CANADA
    • FREE SHIPPING (Exp. parcel) - orders of 75 CAD and more.
    • 9.99 CAD (Expedited Parcel) - orders of less than 75 CAD.
  • USA
    • FREE SHIPPING (Exp. Parcel USA) - orders of 75 CAD and more.
    • 9.99 CAD (Expedited Parcel) USA - orders of 75 CAD and more.
  • Processing time:from the receipt of an order, please expect from 1 to 3 business days prior to shipment with our carrier.
  • Carrier: online orders will be shipped with Canada Post (via USPS for orders to USA).
  • Buying in person: only possible for demos or samples. If you are in the Montreal area and you really prefer to shop in person, please contact us at info@trucavelo.com.

    Payment methods

    • Online Shopping: We accept payments with credit cards and Paypal.
    • Purchase in person: we accept payment by credit card, with our iPhones, with the Shopify POS payment gateway.

    Return policy and warranty

    REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
    We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with any product purchased. If in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase trucavelo will refund the retail cost (excluding shipping) of the product, provided that it is returned with the receipt, in a perfect sellable condition within 7 days.

    Any item bought in error will be exchanged. (ex: you bought the wrong size of solid spindle adapter size, etc).

    HOLIDAYS EXTENSIONS
    We will accept returns during the holidays and two weeks after (perfect condition) and we will apply the same warranty return or exchange policy (see below).


    WARRANTY
    All goods that we sell are covered by a warranty of 1 to 2 years. Most items have a warranty provided by their respective manufacture AND this warranty must be carried out by US. If you feel that you have an item which is faulty, please return it to us with a copy of your original proof of purchase. If it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture we will of course replace it free of charge and return it to you with no postage charges. However, if the item is found not to have a genuine fault covered by it's warranty we will contact you to inform you you of the matter. If you subsequently require the product to be returned back to you, we will have to charge for shipping. Unfortunately we cannot refund actual expense in postage and packing and you will be charged for postage on any replacement items we send out where the original mistake was not ours. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT AND YOUR FULL CONTACT DETAILS ETC.
