Get rich quick. Lose 20 lbs now.

We love the idea of a quick fix.

We are constantly on the hunt for a magic wand to wave in the hopes that all of our problems will be solved.

As some of you know I’ve been riding my bike more frequently. What started out as a struggle has become one of my favorite activities. Initially I couldn’t go for more than 10 minutes without stopping.

Last Friday I went the full 10 miles without stopping. Probably not a big deal to most people but for me it was a huge.

Small victories. Incremental gains.

Pushing beyond perceived boundaries.

So much like my experience with entrepreneurship and founding Pragmatic.

Starting small. Making incremental gains.

Pushing beyond perceived boundaries.
